LINK Evaluate– Self Evaluation Tool
Our new self-evaluation tool empowers leaders to use self-evaluation to drive up standards. For many schools your most recent Ofsted inspection judgement will have been completed a number of years ago and judgements may no longer reflect the current situation.
LINK Evaluate is a simple and powerful self-evaluation tool covering 10 key performance criteria.
- Teaching, Learning and Assessment
- Leadership and Management
- Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare
- Pupil premium/disadvantaged pupils
- 16-19 Provision
- Early Years Provision
We have worked with iAbacus software, education experts and headteachers to develop this tool to support evaluation of a range of operational and performance indicators. The statements draw upon the Ofsted evaluation schedule and a wider array of criteria that assist leaders to analyse practice in much greater detail and identify strengths and priorities across all areas of the school or MAT.
We believe that a common framework used by partners provides a powerful tool for assessing and benchmarking provision at both school and sector level. LINK Evaluate will provide the evidence required by external moderators, including Ofsted, to substantiate judgements made by leaders as well as providing a tool to support improvement through accurate self-evaluation.
The tool combines quick assessment, evidence upload and action planning functionality with the ability to network and collaborate online with peers and benchmark performance against defined school groups and clusters. School leaders can assess single or multiple school performance through simple graphics and easy to use functionality.
